Returns & Exchanges

 

Full priced items purchased from Tracey Mayer are eligible for a full refund or exchange, if received within 15 days of purchase. If you are purchasing an item as a gift and need additional time, please email us at info@traceymayer.com for an extended return time authorization. All returned items must be unworn and undamaged, and all original labels/tags must be attached. If the labels/tags are removed, we will refuse the return. Your original method of payment will be credited, less the shipping charges. Please note, processing of online returns may take up to 5 business days. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.

 

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned.

 

Please pack your item and invoice in the original packaging and send it back to us, insured. Keep a copy of the invoice for your records. You should ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost somewhere between you and us. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

 

EXCHANGES

 

If you wish to exchange your item, just call us at 847.217.6647 or shoot us an email at info@traceymayer.com with your invoice number and the item/size you would like on hold. Exchanges will be shipped at no charge.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
